Customer Care Request
Please submit the form below if you have not been contacted by a Customer Care Representative for any of your home inspections. Our Customer Care Department is available Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm at 1-844-848-0071.
If you have an emergency after normal business hours, including weekends, please call the DSLD Homes Emergency After Hours Line at 1-844-767-2713. Emergencies, as defined in the Customer Care Manual, include total loss of heat or air, total loss of electricity, total loss of water, a gas leak, and a plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off.
