Some of our new communities do not have a model home on-site. In these cases, homes are sold from a nearby community with a model home, where our team is available to assist you.

Structural changes to our floor plans are not available. However, our Builder Sales Representatives will guide you through the selection process during your color appointment, helping you personalize your home. DSLD offers a curated selection of floor plans, colors, flooring, granite, backsplashes, lighting packages, and cabinets to make designing your home both exciting and stress-free.
Each community features carefully selected floor plans tailored to lot size and overall cost, ensuring the best fit for homeowners.
Each community is unique, and available upgrades vary by community. Visit the model home in your chosen community, where a Builder Sales Representative can provide details on the available options.
Once you choose to build your home with DSLD, the construction process typically takes approximately 5.5 to 6 months to complete.

Unfortunately, DSLD specializes in new home construction and does not offer remodeling services.

The first step is getting pre-qualified! Fill out a loan application, or contact a DSLD Mortgage Loan Officer to get started.
No need to worry! Once you complete the mortgage pre-qualification on our website, a DSLD Mortgage Loan Officer will reach out to guide you through the mortgage process. To get started, it’s helpful to gather the following documents:
Driver’s license
Social security card
Two years of completed tax returns (Form 1040)
Two years of W-2 forms
30 days of payslips
Two months of bank transaction history
If you’re self-employed, please also have your business tax returns and current profit & loss statement (P&L) ready.
In most DSLD communities, you can secure your dream home with no deposit required!

Absolutely! Your Builder Sales Representative will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process via email, text messages, photos, and phone calls. Additionally, you’re welcome to visit the model home during construction to stay updated.
With the purchase of a DSLD home, you are guaranteed 1 year of builder warranty, 2 years of systems warranty, and a structural warranty. (Please check your state's warranty manual to know the exact structural time frame.)
