Here are the details, write a purchase agreement on a home in any Louisiana or Mississippi DSLD Homes community between December 1st – December 31st and CHOOSE ONE of these FREE UPGRADES to complete your purchase. 

Side by Side Refrigerator will be the base model for the community you chose to purchase. The buyer may upgrade and pay the difference.  

OR   

Washer and Dryer Set, If chosen by the buyer, will be the base washer and electric dryer model, the buyer will pay the additional upgrade cost for the gas line and gas dryer if selected.*

OR   

Window Blinds will only be for windows. Blinds for doors will be an additional upgrade cost, no blinds on attic or bathroom windows.
