Beautiful Jackson Place is a St. Martin/Ocean Springs treasure located conveniently off of Exit 50. This community offers large lots and is close to I-10, downtown Ocean Springs. The area has beautiful beaches and fun-filled casinos. Ocean Spring is a desirable place to live due to the southern charm of its downtown restaurants and its vibrant nightlife. Ocean Springs is located just to the east of Biloxi and across Biloxi Bay. The booming live oak-canopy lined streets of the downtown area is filled with eateries, shops, art galleries, and boutiques. Each year Ocean Springs hosts the popular Peter Anderson Art Festival in the fall. This event attracts hundreds of artists showcasing their work to thousands upon thousands of visitors, it’s a great way to support local artists while also supporting the downtown businesses.

People also choose to live in the Ocean Springs area because of the small, yet clean, beach near the boat harbor and yacht club. It has a wide sidewalk along the beachfront and you will find the residents using it at all times of the day. It’s a great place to take children with several parks to choose from along the way, and for those needing a longer path to burn off extra calories, you can extend the distance by going across the Ocean Springs Bay Bridge! There are several running clubs that meet throughout the week to run this together. A nice thing about the area is that no matter your age there is a myriad of activities and interests to pursue.
