At DSLD Homes, we are committed to making sure your home purchase is satisfying from start to finish. With that in mind, your superintendent will contact you 30 days after your closing for your 1 Month Home Inspection. Then a DSLD Customer Care Representative will contact you for a 4 Month, 8 Month and 1 Year Home Inspection to make this process as stress free as possible. Please submit the form below if you have not been contacted by a Customer Care Representative for any of your home inspections. Our Customer Care Department is available Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm at 1-844-848-0071. If you have an emergency after normal business hours, including weekends, please call the DSLD Homes Emergency After Hours Line at 1-844-767-2713. Emergencies, as defined in the Customer Care Manual, include total loss of heat or air, total loss of electricity, total loss of water, a gas leak, and a plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off.
