Did you know DSLD Homes has an entire department devoted to customer care and warranty? DSLD Homes is committed to making sure your home purchase is satisfying from start to finish and beyond! With that in mind, your superintendent will contact you 30 days after your closing for your 1 month inspection. Then a DSLD Homes representative will contact you at your 4 month, 8 month and 1 year inspection intervals to make this process as stress free as possible. If you have an emergency, DSLD Homes has an emergency line that you can call after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
