Recently, a Baton Rouge appraiser praised DSLD Homes for our “Energy Smart” homes. He mentioned energy efficient items that are added to our homes at no extra cost to the buyer such as tankless water heater, double pane insulated windows, and radiant heat barrier decking. The article noted, “It’s about offering “value” and “affordability” that matches local incomes and DSLD Homes gets it! This local Home Appraiser and Editor isn’t at all surprised by the recognition of DSLD Homes and believes this is good for the Greater Baton Rouge Housing Market!”
