I wanted to let you know about one of DSLD Homes' great employees, Sara Upton, and our experience with her. First of all, when we inquired online about looking at floor plans, she contacted us almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the very next day. It was extremely convenient to show it to us so quickly. Her promptness was one of the main reasons we decided to go with DSLD as a builder. We looked at nurmerous houses and plans before this, and it would take forever for them just to get back to us. We have been ready to buy for a while now, but hadn't found a builder we were happy with; that means alot to us. It also seemed like they were aggravated by our questions about the building and buying process. Sara explained everything to us without hesitation and was very kind with every response.
She helped us through the pre-approval and contract process and then it was time to pick colors. She was the most PATIENT person I know, being that we changed our minds numerous times! She must have walked us down to see colors in houses being built at least three times! She was never once rude or looked aggravated by us making her change paperwork. It's amazing for a buyer comes across a seller that is kind, patient, and thorough with everything.
I will for sure recommend DSLD Homes to a friend of mine looking to buy a house and will get the word out to others that I know in the market. I think it is important for a company to know when one of their employees is doing such a wonderful job. In every single dealing that I have had with DSLD, they have been professional and gone out of their way to make sure the homeowner is completely satisfied. I have never worked with a home builder that checked in on the new homeowner at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months to make sure everything was perfect for them in their new DSLD home. I actually forgot about my 6 month check up, and they called me to remind me. Any touch up work done after moving in was done to perfection by professionals. I am about to build my second home with DSLD in Harbor Crossing, and I didn't even think about looking anywhere else other than DSLD. If you want to work with professionals and get an excellent product at a great price, you don't need to look any further than DSLD.

Our DSLD experience has been truly amazing! After watching all the hassle some of our friends and family went through buying their houses, we were a little nervous getting started with the house hunting process. We were referred to DSLD Homes by some good friends of ours. After viewing the properties and speaking with a sales agent on Friday, a decision was made on Saturday, and papers were signed on Sunday. Too quick, right? That was our first thought, and we prayed we would not regret our decision. Well, it was the best decision we have made. There was absolutely NO hassle with the paperwork. My brother and father, who have worked in home construction for many years, inspected our house throughout the building process and still can not believe the quality of the houses for the price. To impress those two perfectionists, that definitely says a lot about the quality of the homes. We absolutely love our neighborhood- a place where you get to know your neighbors and everyone waves when driving down the street. It reminds us of our childhood neighborhoods where kids could ride their bikes for hours without parents having to worry. We are excited to build a future in our home and with the friends we have made in the neighborhood, and would definitely recommend for people to take a closer look at DSLD Homes.

After looking at what seemed like hundreds of homes online and on-site, my family and I are thrilled with the DSLD home which we purchased. As a very detail-oriented person, I compared every local builder's quality, price, and features. At the conclusion of my research, DSLD Homes was the only builder I felt completely comfortable with in all three areas. Our DSLD Sales Agent (Steven) went above and beyond by showing us DSLD Homes at different stages in the build process. Being able to see the wood structure within a house, houses being sheet rocked, and then a completed home was very helpful in confirming which builder is the best. After all of this, DSLD Homes continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied even after the purchase. DSLD Homes doesn't simply build a house; they build a Home!

We are 3rd time home buyers. Our 1st home was new construction and our second home a historical home that needed major renovations. My wife and I are always looking at real estate and when we drove through Barkley Parc we could not believe the value of the home at the amazing price. We watched several homes being built for a few months to determine the quality of work that goes into the building of these homes and were once again impressed. This is the first new construction home we had seen where the entire house is complete, from paint on the walls and ceiling, to base boards in the garage. Our house has crown molding and beautiful granite slabs in our kitchen. My electric bill is low in both the summer and winter due to the extra steps the builder takes to save energy. We love the look and the style of the house not to mention the spacious room. My wife and I are thrilled everyday that we decided to sell our last house to move here. I really appreciate the follow through after the home is sold. The builder sends someone from their team to inspect the house every three months for a year to see if there are any problems or questions they can address and find out how much you like your new home. This is a builder dedicated to quality customer service and goes out of way to make us feel important. From the sales office to the construction supervisor, everyone was patient and treated us like family. This is a home we plan on living in for a while.

I am a 26 year old male working full time and attending school full time also. Here at Arrington Place the builders make it easy for me to enjoy my home with no worries. The warranty is great and the buying process was simple and fast. They have a large amount of homes to choose from making the right choice for me easy. With prices today in the home market I did not think that I would be able to afford a home. DSLD made that easy too.. all of the homes where at a budget that I could afford, without sacrificing style and comfort.
